About the Event

Our 50-target event is held annually at Knights Trail Park in Nokomis. The facility offers a beautiful 12-stand course that winds through a natural, wooded setting. The onsite pro shop is well stocked with any last-minute items you may need. Everyone, whether a beginner or experienced shooter, is welcome to come out and try their skill in one of America’s fastest-growing sports. njoy a bbq lunch and the company of other shooters under the shade of the Pavillion. Awards will be given to the top 5 teams, top 5 individual men, top 5 women, and top 5 individual youth. Feeling lucky? Raffles and a 50/50 drawing are also on the agenda. Join us in our efforts to support Sarasota County 4-H and enjoy some friendly tournament-style competition with your friends and family.

Ammo,  guns(or bring your own), and BBQ lunch will be provided, and golf carts are available for rent.

Event Rules

  • Ear and eye protection must be worn at all times
  • Shooters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • No one under the age of 18 may operate a golf cart
  • No 3 or 4-wheelers allowed
  • You may bring your own golf cart
  • Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the course
  • The Sarasota County 4-H Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual


Event Sponsors

Business partners and donations are what make this event such a success. If you would like to contribute, there are several levels of sponsorship available. Your sponsor sign will be seen by those entered in the tournament and by anyone using the course that day. We will also post it on our Facebook page and display it on our website for a full year. It is a great way to advertise your business and support a worthy cause. We will also accept raffle items, such as gift certificates for merchandise or service, at any time throughout the year.
